Day 155

I made Amish Friendship Bread - you get a start of dough in a ziplock baggie from a friend and you squeeze the bag an let the air out on a daily basis. On day 10 your start has fermented enough to make two loaves of bread and four starts to give to friends. The whole fermenting process is gross, but the bread is delicious. After I took the bread out of the oven and walked over to get my camera, this was all that was left of loaf #1. Success!

Also, I took this pic of the clouds because it looked like a plumber's butt crack. I used my imagination.
