Day 91

Two of my sisters came over today for a Kath and Kim Marathon. Best Friend also showed up for the marathon. We had fun and I feel like I did nothing all day. I really should have ran, but quality time gets me every time!

Day 90

I went shooting with my mom and sister at the shooting range. It was extremely therapeutic.

Oh! I finally bought my favorite TV season! Kath & Kim marathon this weekend!

Day 89

Day 88

My cats want to go outside so bad. To hunt and kill birds and stalk things. I just don't want them to get hit by a car or attacked by a dog (they love dogs). I'd rather just keep them inside where it's safe.

Day 87

Day 86

I know you've all been dying to know how my bruised nail is doing. Here's an updated picture. I didn't lose it and it has been doing pretty well at growing out. It just looks stupid.

Day 85

Today I was given Ashley's bible. It'll be 10 years this October and it's funny how I just realized how young we really were. Looking at the back of her bible she wrote her name, then underneath it translated it into our secret code. We used to write letters back and forth in code so my sisters couldn't read it or eves drop. It brought back a lot of fun childhood memories and I could practically hear Ashley laughing again. I forget to remember her how she was then and tend to think of what might have been. What might have been is sad because she had so much potential, but I treasure the memories she gave me and won't take them for granted.

Day 84

My beat friend / cousin came to visit me and watch The Hunger Games. I always have to much fun with her!

Day 83

I went to the grocery store when midway through I looked in my cart and was highly disappointed with how I am such a living stereotype and I don't even have to try.

Day 82

Snow day! We got almost three inches of snow. I love the snow, don't mind the rain, and love the sun if it's between 70-80 degrees.

Day 81

I'm on the mend from being sick. Thankfully this bug didn't last long because I can't wait to get back on my treadmill. Since I was a little girl there's always been two things that guarantee a quick recovery.
#1. home made soup - not lots of creativity with this one since I just used what I had in the cupboard.
#2. Cuddle time with my kitty (pardon my face, I neglected to put makeup on this morning). Somehow cats always know when you don't feel well.

Day 79 and 80

Last night was the basketball sports awards. I'm so blessed to have had the chance to get to know those girls and participate with my sisters senior year.

Today I woke up really sick, so I have a picture of cat spazzing out.

Day 78

It seems like Oregon forgot it was winter time until just this month and is throwing as much snow at us as is can before spring. Husband did remind me that it snowed on our wedding day (4.5.2008). I was very distracted by the beautiful clouds :)

Day 76 and 77

Yesterday my good friend Kali and I took our Jr High Volleyball girls out to lunch/dinner at the Olive Garden.  Those girls are so sweet and I miss not seeing them all the time.

Today was my sister's 11th birthday party.  She had a couple of friends over and we ate cake and had a great time. 

Day 75

My animals absolutely adore my mother. They flock around her every time she comes over and they completely ignore my discipline. I feel like this is just a glimpse of things yet to come...

Day 74

I took dog 2 for a long walk in the rain. She wasn't sure why she was excited. And we both got soaked.

Day 73

It's the middle of march and we woke up to about an inch of snow. Surprisingly it stayed almost all day long and we even had snow flurries off and on. I blame myself because I bought a cute summer dress the other day.

Day 72

This is what I saw when I got out of the shower at 5:45am. I was pretty jealous. That hour less of sleep really got to me.

Also, I spontaneously got to go to Krav Maga and kickboxing class with my mom. It was extremely cathartic and much needed.

Day 71

I had a friend come over today. This was the first time dog 2 (German shepherd) got to play with a new person. Dog 2 was getting a little too excited so I told her to sit down; she promptly hid behind friend and stayed there. Dog 1 had to get into the picture and ham it up a little.

Day 70

I went shopping with my mom and sister. While out, sister and I were trying on sunglasses. We have decided that you have to make a different face for each pair. Needless to say, we didn't buy any sunglasses.

Day 69

Just one prime example of how opposite my dogs are. Dog 1 curls himself up into a tiny ball (his tail would be tucked in but he was wagging it because I was taking a picture) and dog 2 sprawls out and takes up as much space as possible.

Day 68

For those of you who didn't see, the clouds were amazing. And I am very easily distracted looking at pretty clouds. This picture doesn't do them justice though and you can't really see how glowy they were.

Day 67

The full moon is so pretty. It is just as bright as the street light in this picture.

Day 66

It snowed. In March. So we all stayed inside and cuddled.

Day 65

My best friend and my sister came over and we did P90X yoga. Mid workout we were all in this really awkward position and my friend looked over and said some smart remark ad I can't remember what he said exactly. But.... I couldn't stay in that pose and could hardly stop laughing long enough to keep going.

Day 64

Husband and I went to coastal today to buy the puppy a collar and I found this. It's had me laughing all day long. I'll bet that cat went on a killing rampage as soon as they took it off.

Day 63

I completely forgot to take a picture of my mom, sister, and I when we were hanging out today. So I'll just have to share another pic of my kitty bothering my dog.

Day 62

I got to watch my neighbor's adorable 9 month old for a couple of hours today. My pets were thoroughly fascinated with him. He would put his hand or foot on the mesh of his playpen and dog would nose him causing the baby to laugh hysterically. It was really cute. The dogs wouldn't go very far and were keeping watch over him. Makes my heart happy.
